Job Description
Purpose of Position:
In this role, will oversee compliance with all food safety regulations, as well as train and manage all staff on proper service standards.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct staff and kitchen trainings.
- Oversee the regular purchasing, payments and store inventory.
- Manage staff schedule, assignments and payroll.
- Manage day to day processes of the store operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections on Hygiene and Food safety practices.
- P&L analysis and cost management.
- Maintain store equipment and utensils in proper working order.
- Monthly cash deposits.
- Daily cash sales counts.
- And weekly summary sales reports.
- Special Projects as assigned.
- Recruit top talent for Food & Beverage division of the organization.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Good knowledge in procurement, stock management and production forecasts for food services.
- Knowledge on HACCP HYGENE STANDARDS.
- Expertise in concept strategic planning, and food and beverage P&L analysis.
- Team management experience
- Knowledge in restaurant standard service.
