Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management and food handling. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Manager in all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service as indicated below:

- Train and develop team members on proper food handling procedures, customer service skills, and restaurant policies

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Proficient in restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Culinary background or experience is preferred but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
