We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to become an integral part of the Chick-fil-A team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations with a focus on teamwork, excellence, and hospitality. This position requires a leader who is willing to learn from the ground up and create a culture of support, hard work, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Leading Shifts on the Front Counter or in the Kitchen
- Working under a team of Directors to lead operations
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Provide daily operations oversight for Front of House and Back of House teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
- Recruit new Team Members
- Creative systems implementation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Track record of developing leaders

Compensation Package: $61,450
