Shift Lead Job Requirements:
The primary requirement of a Shift Lead is commitment to company goals:
·Food that meets Burger King specifications and high quality standards of our restaurants
·Customer service that is noticeably friendlier than that of other restaurants
· A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
·Running Shifts and coaching others
·Prep / Identification of Needs
·Training Role
· Cash Control
·Positive Attitude
·Ensuring all store checklists are completed throughout the day Opening, Recovery, Closing, Prep, and Deep Cleans
Additional Job Requirements:
In conjunction with the GM and Assistant Manager, the Shift Lead shares responsibility for:

- Restaurant Experience: 3 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour
