We're seeking Assistant Restaurant Manager(s) to join our vibrant team at our fast-casual dining restaurant!
Overview:
- Assume responsibility during General Manager absences, particularly on weekends and closing shifts.
- Drive catering sales by effectively marketing our services to businesses and event planners.
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management, ensuring top-notch customer service and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fast-casual dining, with a preference for supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to navigate the demands of fast causal restaurant operations.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- SERV Safe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
