We are seeking motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers and Kitchen Managers to add to our management team. The job requires strong people management and communication skills, as well as the ability to enforce the companies policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have high volume dining or fast food restaurant experience. Top pay with experience and performance record. Employee parking and Benefits package included. Starting Salary from $45,000 - $60,000 on experience.
Qualifications
- Food service management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills for effectively managing a team and interacting with customers
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Previous experience in supervising, kitchen management, and hospitality management
- Ability to handle inventory control and ensure efficient food service operations
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production
- Background in restaurant management or assistant manager experience
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences
