Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of COGS and P&L.
- Proficiency in using POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role preferred
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and health code regulations
- Experience in catering operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
