Job Description
Tangy Noodle is seeking a Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate will be:
-Working closely with, supporting and reporting to Management Team
-Responsible for all aspects of FOH operations
-Hire, Train and Manage a capable team of FOH members
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as HR, Marketing, Menu Development, Invoices, etc.
-Support beverage responsibilities, such as but not limited to, inventory, ordering and new seasonal selections
-Collaborate and work together with the Kitchen Chef and Corporate Team
-Take ownership to maintain and build upon the Tangy Noodle brand
-Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role or 2 years guest service similar
-Willing to train the right candidate
-Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not required
