Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Supervising staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferably as an assistant manager or floor manager (including experience in hiring and training a diverse FOH staff)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of management practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff members
