```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge to assist with patient inquiries
- Analyze and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the medical office
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, including fluency in English
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism
