Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Resource Specialist to perform accounting, financial management, and record keeping aspect of the programs. Executing the requirements within each of the Chairman’s Exercise Program Division (CEPD) mission areas.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight and administration, data analysis, forecasting, develops cost estimates, invoicing, and other fiscal support of not inherently governmental functions.
• Documents status, financial analysis, and processes reports. 
• Performs research, analysis, and data management updates into a resource model that supports processes and plans.
• Supporting monthly engagements between Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and the Service to provide messaging on training, exercise, and experimentation requirements.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and compiling financial data for Department of Defense (DoD) programs and contracts. Experience with budgeting, performing statistics, and extraction of data from automated reports.

• Normal Office

Travel

• Up to 30% CONUS/OCONUS travel is required for training and program coordination.
