Position Overview:
Resource and Receiving Specialists must be motivated, out-going, polite, professional, and able to compassionately deal with a diverse public while addressing the needs of animals coming into our care. Be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment. HHS is a community resource center working to keep families and beloved pets together. Responsible to assist owners reclaiming lost pets, to offer resources and opportunities to prevent the surrender of pets, and when necessary to coach owners through the surrender processes without judgement.
