Summary Description
Handle all duties relative to merchandise (General Merchandise) receipt and shipment. Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory. Assist in the maintenance of inventory accuracy and control inventory related records. Perform related duties as necessary.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1) Receiving Inventory/Shipping

• Receive inventory accurately. Making sure invoices balance & correct items are in inventory.
• Add part numbers.
• Creating new PO's for orders.
• Remove orders from order log.
• Keep up with backorders.
• Security tags & censoring.
• Accurate labeling.
• Freight is out same day.
• Shipping needs to be done that day before UPS pick up (5p.m.)
• Shipping needs to be pre-paid before going out.
• Making sure that company gets best deals for shipping.
• Assign all part numbers with bin locations.

• Creating PO's.•
2) Inventory Accuracy

• Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
• Coordinate & manage daily/weekly physical cycle counts.

• Correct negative inventory and trouble shoot to solve issues.
• Inner store Balancing.

3. Processing Warranties
Processing warranties according to individual vendor guidelines.
Communicating with vendors.
Logging all warranties by Adamec warranty process.

• Maintain Harley-Davidson qualifications by reviewing both new and supplemental training programs as they arrive and mastering the skills and information contained within the programs. (i.e. PACE & other new training updates)
• Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling
• Be honest and fair in all business dealing

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Excel proficient
• Math Skills
• Experience with computers necessary. Ability to learn new software and systems must be demonstrated
• 2 years inventory POS system
• Above average data entry skills

Physical Demands

• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 20-30Ib. of material.
