Seeking a dynamic individual to Manage one of our active Manufactured Housing Communities or 55+ RV Resorts in Sunny Az.. Benefit package, 401K matching, commissions, and annual bonuses!! Pay negotiable depending on experience. Must love people!

This position is strategically designed for someone who will serve from the heart while providing management and leadership oversight of the community. The primary goal of this role is to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction while growing and maintaining high occupancy levels and low delinquency levels.

As a Community Manager, it is your responsibility to administer and maintain all phases of community operations to include personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, budget control, payroll, and resident relations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates on-site employees.
• Provides staff with direction, guidance, and tools for performing well.
• Takes appropriate disciplinary action in response to insubordination, misconduct, and lackluster performance.
• Responds promptly to employees/customer’s needs and concerns while being pleasant, cheerful, and tactful.
• Reaches decisions quickly based on available information. Acts as an innovative and/or creative source to consider solutions to problems.
• Processes and approves payment of vendor invoices on a timely basis.
• Supervises and ensures collection of all rent and other Community income.
• Performs a variety of tasks in a calm and controlled manner.
• Oversee and assist Maintenance and Community upkeep.

What you bring to the job:

• You enjoy working with a 55+ population.
• You have a passion to lead and have experience managing a team of employees.
• You are proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and can learn new software systems in a timely manner.
• A background in lifestyle management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,861.29 - $45,000.70 per year
