Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Part-Time 3rd Shift/Weekend-only Residential Recovery Assistant in our residential homesto add to our team of professionals. Third shift hours are 11:00PM. - 7:00 AM. Starting pay for this position is $15/hr.
$500 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!!
(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of employment and half after 180 days of employment.)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Residential Assistants work in a group setting with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder to assist in developing recovery and independent living skills.
- We utilize a person-centered approach to help residents reach their recovery goals.
- Residential Assistants are not responsible for hands-on care.
- We offer an individualized orientation program to help you learn how to effectively work with our residents.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have valid driver's license and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
