Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistantto serve as an integral member of the administrative team, assuring smooth daily operations of the residential treatment facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with petty cash, updating AP spreadsheet, submitting invoices and vendor information, daily reconciliation, and daily EE document scanning.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation, assisting with Time Tracking and Reporting, and update daily census to Chief Reimbursement Officer.
- Edit and approve timecards, manage PTO requests, and approve/summarize all payroll.
- Greets, welcomes, and directs daily visitors, vendors, and incoming and outgoing clients.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls to the residential facility, takes messages, transfers calls as warranted.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
- Additional duties as directed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience working in an office setting.
- Payroll or time tracking experience preferred.
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $16-$18/hr
