Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with ten locations
across five states. Offering the very highest standard of medical and clinical treatment, our services span
every level of care - including detox, residential, PHP IOP, and outpatient services. Avenues is both
JCAHO and CARF accredited, and in full compliance with all ASAM standards. Yet despite our excellence,

• What You'll Do
• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable them to engage fully in
treatment
• Assist with all nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication management, charting and
reporting etc.))
• Collaborate with extended medical and clinical teams for seamless coordination of care
• Manage, order and res-stock all medical supplies as necessary
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge
• Assist with all pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations
• What We're Looking For
• High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid licensure to serve as a Medical Assistant in this state-QMA
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences

Avenues Recovery Center at Louisville is a residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and
inpatient rehabilitation services. Set on a sprawling 10-acre property and housed in beautiful, stateof-the-art premises, this modern yet warm establishment provides the perfect backdrop for clients
to cleanse themselves of all substances and begin healing. With a stellar clinical program, skilled,
passionate staff, and round-the-clock care, each client is given every tool necessary to rediscover
