SalarySansone Group, a full service commercial real estate company, is currently seeking an experienced Residential Property accountant to join our fast passed team. Ideal candidate would have experience in residential accounting working in the Real Page - OneSite Software.
Primary Responsibiliteis for multiple properties include:
- Cash Management
- Bank Reconcilations
- General Ledger reconcilation
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
Primary Qualifications include:
- 5 years expeience in Residential Property accounting
- Detail orientated
- Strong Excel experience
- ability to multi-task
- Must be able to manage a substantial workload
- Accounting degree or equivalent is a plu
