We are continuing to build our maintenance dream team for 2024 with the addition of another PropertyCare Manager. This person will have amazing people skills and a passionate commitment to maintaining the health of Residential Landscapes across Atlanta. He/she will be capable of working both independently as well as within a team.
Role: Property Care Manager
Responsibilities:- Provide an excellent customer experience for our maintenance customers throughout metro Atlanta through proactive and timely engagement with assigned properties.
- Complete property audits on all managed properties and work with our production teams to ensure service standards are being met.
- Communicate customer issues with our production teams and confirm completion of issues.
- Accomplish minimum monthly enhancement sales goals, including mulch/pine straw topdressings, seasonal flowers, small planting and sod jobs, and small drainage projects.
- Complete annual contract renewals, adjusting hours and pricing as needed to accomplish profitability targets.
Hours/Seasonal Availability:- Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:30. Schedule flexibility will be provided for this position, in order to accommodate customer availability.
Wage, Incentives, Benefits:- Base Salary Range: $62,000-$72,000

- Strong customer service, communication and time management skills.
- A minimum of five (5) years experience within the Residential Landscape Maintenance industry, including a strong knowledge of lawn types and ornamental plants.
- A desire to continue learning new skills, as well as staying current with horticultural industry updates and trends.
- Personality traits we’re looking for include: active listening and critical thinking skills, a passion for service, and an ability to organize priorities/tasks into high/medium/low.
- Ability to use technology in the field for estimating and communication purposes. Experience with Aspire is a strong plus.
