About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to assist with
coordinating and promoting the independent living programs, activities, and events at the community,
while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and promote a positive image to the external
community.

How you’ll do it:
- Create and coordinate programs with the outside community including schools, musical
organizations, youth groups, and other organizations/individuals. - Create a monthly calendar of events to meet the programming needs of residents.
- Direct and supervise volunteer programs, including coordinating volunteers for the campus store
and assistance programs in each level of care. - Publish the resident newsletter by covering community events, conducting interviews, taking
photographs and video, and writing and editing newsletter content. - Provide clerical support including but not limited to filing, sorting, typing, sending and receiving
faxed documents for residents, recording information, and maintenance, ordering, and training
for office equipment.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical office work, reception, customer service, volunteer
coordination, or a related field. - Organizational skills, phone skills, and a professional phone voice.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Pay: $23 - $26.41 / hr based on experience.
