Researcher - Real Estate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our dynamic Commercial Real Estate team based in Pittsburgh, PA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to dive into the Real Estate market, providing critical research support in underwriting properties, creating compelling marketing materials, researching comparable locations, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The Researcher will also offer support to the residential team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of commercial Real Estate properties to support underwriting processes.
• Create high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate property values and investment opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate comparable locations, compiling data that supports decision-making for buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist the residential Real Estate team with research and marketing tasks as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to organize and present research findings.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying new marketing techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Marketing skills and experience are a significant plus.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous experience in commercial or residential Real Estate is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
