Role Description
We are looking to hire a Requirements Management Engineer to support the Requirements Management team and Westinghouse projects
Primary Responsibilities of Position:
- Requirements Management and DOORS support as required by the Requirements Management team and projects (e.g., DOORS Imports, Metrics Reporting, etc.)
- Create and test DXL/RPE scripts
- Play an active role testing DOORS upgrades
- Requirements Management process and training support
- Requirements Management Documentation support
- Support I&C Functional and System Design activities
Minimum Requirements
SPECIFIC DESIRED SKILLS:
- Technical BS Degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders
- A desire and willingness to learn
- Ability to apply fundamental engineering and Requirements Management principles
- Ability to work within a team and to be able to handle tasks independently in both onsite and remote settings
- Preferred, but not required, proficient in IBM DOORS and RPE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, most notably in Word and Excel
- DXL, C++, or similar experience preferred
