Bachelor's Degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT or other related area and one year of experience OR a combination of related education and/or experience.

Pay Statement

Major/Essential Functions
- Use Qualtrics, Excel, TOAD Data Point, or SQL Manager for reports, benchmarking, data analysis, dashboards, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Updating and publishing reports within Report Portal and Power BI in a timely manner, while keeping customers, stakeholders, and team members updated using clear, concise, and professional communication tactics through face-to-face, group, and email interactions.
- Create reports using Power BI, ensuring all work is accurate, completed on schedule, and effectively communicated to the appropriate parties.
- Respond to and complete ad hoc requests from customers in a timely and professional manner while measuring their success for continual improvement. Other duties as assigned.
