Form of work Responsibilities:
* Perform financial analytics including variance analysis around the information disclosed in the internal and external reports/disclosures.
* Responsible for the preparation of the annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and international accounting standards for the Company's legal entities.
* Support management by leading and completing projects impacting financial reporting.
* Daily trade processing and reconciliation of cash balances
* Daily/Monthly reconciliation of investment positions and market values
* Confirming the validity of corporate actions and significant price changes
* Review of accruals and expense items
* Calculation and recording management fees and incentive fees
* Preparation of investor allocation
* Confirming investor capital statement
* Preparation of the fund's financial statements
* Work with CFO to maintain Company's control framework, process narratives, and flowcharts.
* Responsible for the preparation of the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Strong accounting background with a solid knowledge of US GAAP
* Strong knowledge of financial products (i.e., equities, futures, fixed income)
* 2-3-year industry experience with financial services hedge/venture funds
* Understanding of securities valuation, settlement properties and attributes
* Understanding of the hedge/venture funds under administration (legal structure, investment objective, fee structure, liquidity provisions, etc.)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
* Meticulous and impeccable keen attention to detail
* High level of enthusiasm and curiosity to grow your career in a multifaceted and growing company
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels
* Ability to work under pressure
* Crypto Currency fund Experiences preferable
* CPA or CPA candidate a plus
