Job Description
Signature Party Rentals is looking for an event manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Basic duties include:
- Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service
- Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business.
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices.
- Assisting customers with their event rental needs
- Accurately recording and communicating customer orders
- Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups.
- Space and Event Planning
- Manage a book of business
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs
- Superb Customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends)
- Excellent communication skills
- An affinity for detail
- Must possess a valid California driver license (Class C) with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be computer literate
- Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more)
- Event industry experience a requirement.
