We are in need of an enthusiastic, independent, and motivated Service Writer/Rental Assistant. The qualified candidate will work in our Sacramento location. A clean DMV record and valid California Driver's License is required. This individual must also be able to demonstrate their ability to take initiative and to work independently.

More details about this opportunity for a full-time Service Writer/Rental Assistant:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Call & schedule customers for routine services as directed.
- Daily review of scheduling: proper work assignment, parts are in box in tech bin and equipment needed is on hand.
- Manage assigned technicians to make sure jobs are being completed in a timely fashion (will be assigned 1 - 2 Martinez Technicians and assist with 4 technicians in Sacramento).
- Work Order preparation and follow-up for service and rental invoices.
- General administrative duties.
- Utilize compliance calculator to help educate customers.
- Add new clients and equipment information as needed into ASPEN.
- Proposal / bid preparation and follow-up.
- Receive calls from clients requesting invoice information and assist with payment information. I.e. Credit card authorization form.
Required skills:
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Reliable and committed to teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Courteous and calm in challenging situations.
