Remote Triage Advice Nurse

Position Overview
The Remote Triage Advice Nurse will be responsible for answering phone calls using clinical judgment and following guidelines to provide clinical advice. The Triage Nurse will route messages, make appointments, and complete refill requests.
General Responsibilities
- Answering patient telephone calls and providing guidance within current licensure and standard protocols.
- Collaborating with clinical sites
- Work EPIC Inbaskets
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
- Registered Nurse License in the state of Ohio required
- 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Equipment will be provided but employee must have reliable internet service.
