>What's expected of me as an Inbound Sales Associate?

• We’re looking for motivated, friendly, coachable & punctual individuals to join our team
• You will also receive customer service, inbound/outbound sales & agronomic training.
• Our team answers inbound sales calls & we make some outbound sales calls all year round. (No cold calls)
• We need closers!!!

>We are strictly hiring in states in which our franchise currently operates.

• Our franchise owns Weed Man Lawn Care branches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Texas, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

>Your computer must have…

• i5 generation processor or equivalent Solid-State Drive. (no macs or chromebooks)
• 8GB RAM
• You must meet our systems minimum speed requirements for internet services

>Compensation:

• $14.00 per hour + Commission

>Schedule:

• 845am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday.
• 845am - 5pm, Friday.
• Two 10 min breaks
• One hour lunch
• Weekends are mandatory. We offer overtime pay once we open these shifts in March - June of 2023! Subject to weekend rotation schedule!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
