We areseeking experienced Inside Sales Agents who are team players to take INBOUND calls from “warm leads” who have been pre-screened as well as answer inbound calls from TV commercials, radio ads, digital marketing, and social media campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Answer approximately 35 calls per day.
• Find out customers’ needs and match them with an Everything Breaks solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in the call center space, but not required, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and chat to customers and internal team members for much of your day.
• Be comfortable using today’s call center technologies. CRM and phone system as examples.
