We're looking for aRemote Program Coordinator 1, working in the Insurance industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States.
- Perform consistent phone duties.
- Manage outbound and inbound calls, mostly an outbound facility.
- Place outbound calls to members and schedule our members for their annual assessment that the member may be due for.
- Receive incoming calls with the potential to be placed on an active queue line (each individual averages 5 to 10 calls).
- Utilize dual screens.

Experience Required for Your Success- 1+ year of call center experience
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Some medical background (doctor’s office, answering phones) for exposure
- MS Excel knowledge as well as be able to type at least 40+ words per minute
- Basic computer skills: able to multitask as they work with dual monitors every day
- Experience with navigating multiple systems and monitors
- Flexibility with business needs and open to working OT, willing to get the job done and open-minded with dealing with ambiguity due to nature of their product as information changes rapidly
