Team Summary
Medici VIP, a premier virtual-first concierge health service, is dedicated to delivering high-end, high-touch, and highly convenient healthcare to CEOs and celebrities. Offering advanced primary care, specialty care, and 24/7 emergency services, our focus is on preventative care and lifestyle management. We are actively seeking a well qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a VIP Concierge Health Program Coordinator and Coach. In this integral role, you will play a key part in providing a premium and personalized health and wellness experience for our distinguished clients.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role is a trained coach with expertise in nutrition and exercise and a role model in healthy living. A nursing background is preferred, contributing to a holistic approach to health coaching and ability to work with the clinical team. Strong administrative skills and exceptional people skills are essential.
This position reports directly to the Head of VIP and collaborates closely with other members of the VIP Care Team, including the Care Concierge and Primary Care Physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Program "Quarterback": Proactively and aspirationally coordinate each VIP member's program of care.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the VIP Care Team to ensure seamless and comprehensive healthcare services.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with VIP clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact for their health and wellness needs.
• Regularly communicate progress, offer support, and adjust programs based on client feedback and results.
• Maintain records and CRM.
• Personalized Health Coaching:
• Develop and implement personalized health and wellness programs for VIP clients, integrating nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' health goals, preferences, and any medical considerations.
• Nutrition and Exercise Guidance: Provide expert guidance on nutrition, creating tailored meal plans and dietary recommendations to meet individual health objectives.
• Design and implement exercise programs, considering clients' fitness levels, preferences, and any medical restrictions.
• Holistic Approach: Integrate a holistic approach to health coaching, considering both physical and mental well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Nursing Expertise: Utilize nursing background to understand and address potential health concerns, providing informed and compassionate guidance.
• Work closely with clients to monitor and manage any health conditions, ensuring a proactive and preventive approach.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in nutrition, exercise science, and healthcare to provide cutting-edge and evidence-based coaching.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a health coach, preferably with a background in nutrition and exercise science.
• Nursing degree or equivalent healthcare qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with VIP clients.
• Ability to create and implement personalized health and wellness plans.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.A passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
