General Summary
Utilize administrative and interpersonal skills to coordinate superior Patient Care. The Patient Scheduling Representative will be enthusiastic, dependable, organized, and above all a team player. This is a remote/work from home position. Some in office training will be required prior to the role being fully remote.
Essential Functions of the Position:
1. Provide excellent "patient service"
2. Greet patients and answer phone
3. Schedule patients and data entry
4. Maintain complete patient confidentiality
5. Responsible for learning general medical terminology with the ability to communicate this information to patients.
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills, along with a strong customer service orientation. Must type 60+ words per minute. Health care background preferred.
Physical Effort and Dexterity*
Sit for prolonged periods of time. Manual dexterity to operate personal computer and phone.
