Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Needed

Role Description:
This is a remote full-time role for a Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, providing Mental Health counseling, psychology services, relationship counseling, and case management.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' Mental Health concerns and develop treatment plans.
· Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
· Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
· Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
· Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
- 100% Remote: work from anywhere in the USA.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Show empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and administrative tasks effectively.
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Relationship Counseling experience
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience working in a Mental Health setting
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
