Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, court dates, and deadlines.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research as directed by attorneys to gather information for cases and prepare legal documents.
- File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and confidential.
- Billing and Invoicing: Assist in preparing invoices, tracking billable hours, and ensuring accurate client billing.
- Data Entry: Enter and update client and case information in the firm's case management system.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and handling routine office tasks.
- Client Intake: Assist with client intake processes, including collecting necessary documentation and information.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all administrative activities.

- Monday to Friday
