Position Overview:
- Lead a team of Sales leaders responsible for overseeing Account Executives and Setters, providing them with an inspiring vision and clear performance goals.
- Develop and maintain the sales plan, incorporating forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning, financial forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish efficient and scalable sales procedures to guarantee operational proficiency and meet growth objectives consistently.
- Offer direct leadership and support to strategic accounts, strengthening client partnerships and fostering meaningful dialogues throughout the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align initiatives with our Go-To-Market strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of Sales experience, including 5+ years in people management, with experience managing other managers.
- Proven ability to drive a company towards significant revenue achievements and a keen ambition to replicate this success.
- Prior history of organizing B2B sales teams to secure and expand business, including roles in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Robust expertise in sales, particularly within enterprise environments, encompassing consultative selling, and adeptness in comprehending intricate technical services/products.
