Full-Time Customer Service Representative and unleash your potential from the comfort of your home with your expertise in Dental Call Center operations. We're seeking seasoned Call Center professionals with a minimum of one year’s overall experience and at least six months in dental support.
Your workweek will typically run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering the flexibility you need to balance work and life commitments. Paid training begins on April 1st.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work remotely, Monday through Friday, within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
- At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate inquiries to satisfactory resolutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
