SalaryArbors Management Inc. has a new opening for a Regional Property Manager. This position will be based in our Corporate office in Monroeville, PA and will travel to properties in and around the Pittsburgh area. The Regional Property Manager will directly oversee site staff including: Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Community Assistants and Resource Coordinators. This position will also work closely with the Director of Maintenance, Director of Multifamily Housing, Regional Managers and the site Maintenance staff.
Arbors Management Inc. has been in the Property Management business since 1982. This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week. Salary is $65K+ based on experience.
The Successful outcomes of the Regional Property Manager will include:
- Ensuring your properties maintain a 95% plus occupancy rate
- Keeping delinquency rates to 5% and below
- Creating recovery plans with the managers should occupancy fall or delinquency rise
- Adhering to the yearly budget with little to no overages
- Maintaining positive and inclusive relationships with all staff members
- Having accurate reporting to owners and board members
Skills needed to be successful as the Regional Property Manager include:
- Strong knowledge of Project Based Section-8 Housing and HUD regulations
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to manage and maintain property budgets
- Strong computer and cellphone skills
Qualifications for the Regional Property Manager include:
- 5+ years experience in Property Management
- Must have strong experience with Project Based Section-8 Housing
- Must have or be willing to get a PA Real Estate License
- Must have personal transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Pittsburgh Region
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
