Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently following established procedures
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare and organize documents for Data Entry, ensuring they are properly filed and stored
- Collaborate with other team members to share information and coordinate tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and adhere to data protection and security policies
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of basic math and computer skills
- Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar role, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Data Entry software and platforms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
