Specialist
This role provides resolutions to our customers through collaboration with our Customer Care and frontline channels. The team identifies, researches, and resolves customer inquiries for orders that have not been received, returned orders, exchanges, s and more. The individual should possess the ability to multitask in many different systems, adapt to a fast-paced environment, while staying organized and providing quality and expertise to each unique inquiry.
• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:SPECIALIST
• Focus on attention to detail to ensure full resolution the first time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change based on business needs.
• Ability to complete research across multiple systems to provide customer resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer’s concerns effectively.
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by management as needed.
