About the Role
Responsible for key Provider Data Entry required for the Credentialing and Claims processing systems.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Have two (2) years of work experience doing Data Entry and or administration support in an office setting.
- Have an Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience, required.
Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:
- Loads provider data into Credentialing database, CACTUS.
- Maintains a tracking mechanism for the provider Washington Practitioner Application process
- Set up Group Practice records for new contracts in the credentialing database, CACTUS Manage new contract workflow in OnBase and CACTUS.
- Performs Data Entry of changes to provider data into CACTUS system
- Contacts originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
- Routes source documents after entry
- Provides support and general administrative assistance to the contracting and credentialing teams when needed
- Non-Exempt - Reporting to work on time and for all scheduled shifts is essential to this position.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position is FLSA Non-Exempt (Exempt) and is (not) eligible for overtime. Based on market data, this position grade is 38 (see full range below) and has a 5% annual incentive target based on company, department, and individual performance goals.
