Remote Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information. You will play a key role in maintaining and updating our databases, while ensuring that data is entered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Input data into company systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and correct data entries as needed, ensuring data integrity
• Review data for completeness and accuracy before processing
• Maintain and update company databases with new information
• Prepare and sort documents for Data Entry
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding Data Entry and handling of confidential information
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with various Data Entry software and systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Prior experience working in a similar industry is a plus, but not required
