Bluegrass Virtual Staffing LLC is a Remote Customer Service staffing agency with an exciting opportunity for Remote Customer Service Representatives to support its Sporting Goods Clients. As a Remote Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional assistance to their customers.
Our seamless staffing services make it easy for retail companies to receive qualified customer support from the comfort of their own home. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients through our reliable, high-quality services ensuring a positive experience for their customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner via phone or email
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products, services, and promotions
- Lead customers through product discovery, order placement, and problem resolutions
- Document calls using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer interactions
- Meet quality assurance metrics and consistent service level standards
- Continuously communicate with the team to provide feedback and improve operations
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-year Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Comfortable using multiple software systems
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently research and resolve customer issues.
