YOUR SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
This dispatcher position typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some on-call shifts. We are also in the process of introducing rotating schedules for weekend coverage.

As an HVAC Appointment Scheduler - Customer Service Rep - CSR, you are the heart of our company, handling scheduling for clients and technicians. You excel at Customer Service, answering calls and emails to schedule or reschedule appointments, and assisting customers with their needs. Your sales-oriented mindset allows you to establish strong relationships with clients while informing them about promotions and service plans. Additionally, you efficiently assign jobs to technicians and ensure clear communication about appointment details. Your main objective is to deliver prompt service and optimize technicians' time and mileage.
Aside from dispatching, you handle payment processing, data entry, and various other tasks as needed. In case of complaints, you leverage your Customer Service skills to swiftly resolve issues. Your contribution not only helps customers but also ensures smooth office operations, giving you a great sense of accomplishment!
