As the Remote Access Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Remote Access Analyst will provide support and have global responsibility for (Zscaler, BPVPN, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cisco ASA) activities in support of the client's Remote Access environment, which will be migrating their enterprise compute to the AWS public cloud.

•Manage day-to-day operations of the REMOTE ACCESS environments

•Ensure business continuity and monitoring of the Remote Access service

•Integration Remote Access logging with security logging environment (SIEM)

•Define/maintain architecture and standards for the REMOTE ACCESS environment

•Maintain service level metrics

•Work with a globally distributed team and rely heavily on electronic communication

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, The client is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

•High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution)

•Three (3) years of IT professional experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

•Experience supporting Remote Access management products.

Remote Access Analyst qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•Experience with (Zscaler, BPVPN, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cisco ASA Firewalls.

•Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and Azure) – Preferred AWS Practitioner Certification

•Experience with system administration scripting tasks in Perl, Power Shell or VB Script

•Possess strong understanding of network architecture and experience administering firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Linux Operating Systems.

•Experience working with global teams with strong leadership and communications skills to engage stakeholders, governance, and cross functional teams

•Knowledge of Lean Agile/SCRUM processes
