SalaryUpscale, residential high-rise on Chicago's northside has opening for a full-time, permanent relief employee. Applicant must have the ability to work any shift, 7 days per week, covering shifts for vacations, sick days, personal days, holidays, etc. The position is primarily janitorial, but occasionally will also cover door staff duties and package RECEIVING ROOM shifts, as needed.
This is a union position, with health and retirement benefits, including paid training
Candidate must fulfill the following:
1. Able to stand up for long periods of time, working inside and outside of property
2. First-rate customer care and attention to detail
3. Excellent communications skills
4. Calm temperament and professional demeanor
5. Above average attention to detail and ability to take initiative
6. Comfortable under pressure, with ability handle multiple things at same time
7. Reliable and punctual
8. Respectful of directions, instructions, policies, and rules
9. Able to work overtime if needed
10. Able to lift up to 50 lbs
11. Able to climb stairs and ladders as needed
