Job Duties:
- Develop relationships with local insurance agents and agencies to cultivate profitable relationships and to position Capital Construction as a preferred vendor.
- Build out a local presence with insurance companies and CRMs.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the appropriate sales team and follows project through completion to ensure all strict deadlines are met
- Creates and implements a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities.
- Gathers information on potential partnerships and builds client relationships.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors and how to position Capital Construction as an industry leader
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
- Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
Requirements and skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- High level experience in insurance or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Devotion to high-quality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Above average computer skills
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services

Experience Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in a same or similar role
