Description:

Provide support to Regulatory & Quality Systems department in order to guarantee that documents related to FDA/USDA/Customers are updated and managed

Support in Regulatory, packaging development and approval, labeling

Support in USDA documentation submittals

Exports documentation set up and approval

Support in Raw material and Finished product documents management

Support in Quality Systems management and HACCP programs

Able to manage time effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Skills:

Bachelors, food science, nutrition, Regulatory, Food Labeling, Quality, GFSI, USDA, Quality documentation, Quality Assurance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Nutrition OR Master's Degree in Food Science

2-3 years of experience working in food industry specifically within Regulatory, food labeling, or quality systems

Experience with Genesis or other food labeling software

Detail oriented

Must be willing to spend time in manufacturing as needed

Must be able to achieve goals in both independent and cross-functional team settings

Knowledge of SQF, BRC or any GFSI

Experience in USDA or FDA manufacturing environment

Experience Level:
