Job duties:
The RN at the Collaborative Clinic is the main point of contact for patients who are having questions or issues with their treatment/symptoms.
RN's do some nurse-led clinics for Annual Medicare Wellness visits, STI screening and tx, injectable antiretrovirals, as well as other delegated duties. Additionally, they are part of the team that sees patients during appointments. We offer wrap-around services to our patients and it takes the whole team to get everything done with each patient.
Hours :
8-5, Monday through Friday. (Days of the week are negotiable with the 2nd RN on staff to schedule appropriately
This position is 16 hrs per week.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required
- Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board is required Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
- Experience in a public health setting is strongly preferred due to daily duties of teaching and administering immunization.
