Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

ODYSSEY is a locally owned and operated company here in beautiful Colorado! We are looking to revolutionize in-home ABA services for autistic people, others with developmental disabilities or related disorders, and their families/support network here in our community. ODYSSEY is looking for folks who are talented and passionate about working in this field!

If you have any interest in working with individuals of varying behavior needs please reach out! We are looking for folks who are already Registered Behavior Technicians

Technicians with no experience and no relevant educational background would start at $19.00/hour. Applicants with relevant experience and/or education will be offered more to start and there is a structure for getting raises quickly at semiannual reviews. For example: an RBT with considerable experience or relevant education would have a starting range of $19-$30/hour. A brand new RBT with ODYSSEY (starting at $19.00/hr) who meets ALL behavioral expectations, would be at $21.00/hour after their first year!! We also offer PTO that never expires, retirement plan with matching, and paid drive time between clients!

**We do not have our employees sign a non-compete so you are free to work as an RBT or otherwise at any other company as well as with ODYSSEY!

Position Responsibilities:

- Reliable Transportation

- Pass a background check

- Receive Feedback well and implement corrections as needed

- Implement the Behavior Intervention Plan as written and modeled by the BCBA

- Timely submission of notes

- Accuracy in data collection

- Speak and write in English

- Respond to communications in a timely manner

Helpful Qualifications:

- Calm demeanor

- Relatable (job often requires pairing with very young kids to teenagers or even young adults)

- Fluency in other language(s)

- Organized

- Willing to learn

- Relevant Educational experience

- Desire to advance in the field

- Prior direct service experience
