Job Description
Star of California is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Masters Level Registered Behavior Technician in Denver, CO and the surrounding areas where you can provide state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together!
Pay: $26.00 - 29.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Possess an active Bachelors degree and must be in an ABA/BCBA Master degree program
- Must have an active RBT certification
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills
- Prior experience as a lead RBT preferred and program writing for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid CO driver's license and reliable transportation
- Obtain supervision hours towards BCBA certification
- Supervisor Training
- Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits

Responsibilities
- Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings
- Assist Clinical Supervisor with conducting parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment
- Assist the Clinical Supervisor with developing ABA programs for individuals receiving ABA therapy services
- Utilize evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes and case management
- Provide clinical direction, training, and support to Behavioral Learning Centers' behavioral technicians
